Job & Job Consulting Engineers is a complete engineering and surveying firm located in the City of Hackensack, Bergen County, New Jersey.

We incorporated in 1970 as a continuation of the Civil Engineering and Land Surveying firm of Florio C. Job, founded in 1929. Job & Job Consulting Engineers maintains a complete engineering, land surveying and construction inspection staff including Licensed Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Professional Planners. 

Job & Job Consulting Engineers currently represents the Borough of Little Ferry as their Municipal Engineer and Planning/Zoning Board Engineer.

Job & Job Consulting Engineers also acts as a consultant to the Borough of Glen Rock, Township of Saddle Brook Library, and Borough of Teterboro. The firm has previously represented a number of Municipalities in the County of Bergen as their Municipal Engineer including Allendale, Bogota, Elmwood Park, Emerson, Hackensack, Leonia, Lodi, Rochelle Park, Wallington, and South Hackensack.

Although the majority of our surveys and engineering plans are prepared in an electronic (Auto CAD) format we are still able, if the need arises, to “hand draft” drawings.

Our files include over 60,000 Title Surveys, more than 200 Condominium Master Deeds, Automated Tax Rolls, Assessment, Zoning Maps & FEMA Flood Maps for all New Jersey Counties within our service area, and the records of several now defunct civil engineering and land surveying firms dating back to the 1850’s.
